Our Linden Branches

Real Estate

“Home is the starting place of love, hope and dreams.”

Our Eco estate initiative is to create buildings that, in their design, construction or operation, reduce the negative impacts on the environment and create positive impact on our climate.

Our upcoming project – in downtown Vidin emerged from the idea of contributing to greener and better surroundings, while modernizing the landscape of the local neighborhoods. Our focus on this project: low carbon emissions building, lots of green areas, support of local municipal public services.
